From Corum's office on Hyndland Road, head north and continue straight onto Cleveden Road. Go straight on at first roundabout, then at the second roundabout, take the second exit to stay on Cleveden Road. Turn left onto Ashburton Road, right onto Winchester Drive and left again onto Manchester Drive, where no 30 will be found on the right hand side.
