We often go for meals at Wapping Wharf (Gambas is a particular favourite) and have felt so lucky to be nearby to this and enjoy so many other key features of city living – the Hippodrome, King Street, the harbour loop and Park Street."

Redcliffe Parade West is a residential street in the heart of Redcliffe with everything the harbourside has to offer. Just a short walk from one of Bristol's best food spots – Wapping Wharf – home to local favourites like Seven Lucky Gods, Root, and Ragu, alongside a host of trendy bars and boutique shops, largely run by local independent businesses.

Directly across the harbour to the front of the property is Bristol’s historic Old City, offering easy access for a walk around Queen Square, a bite to eat at St Nicholas Market, or a quick drink on King Street. Across the river to the south lie Southville and Bedminster, areas known for their popular eateries, bars, and shops.

For commuters, the location is ideal. Major employers such as Lloyds Bank and Hargreaves Lansdown are based along the Harbourside, with several law firms in Redcliffe and Temple Quay. The A4 and nearby M32 also offer direct access to the M5 and M4, while buses regularly run from Redcliffe Hill to Bristol Airport.
