We bought our family home in 2007 after moving from Bracknell in search of more space and outstanding schools for our children. Ascot has delivered all of this and more. We’ve loved exploring the local area, especially Swinley Forest and Windsor Great Park, and being on a direct train line to London and Reading has been incredibly convenient. With The Lexicon Shopping Centre, Bracknell only a short drive away and offering a wide range of shops and restaurants, we’ve rarely needed to travel further afield.
The house sits within a secure gated cul-de-sac with wonderfully friendly neighbours, creating a real sense of community. The south-facing garden has been one of our favourite features sunny late into the evening and perfect for relaxing, entertaining or alfresco dining.
We hope the next owners will appreciate this home as much as we have. It’s a place to live in and love, not just a house.

There are so many things to love about this home, firstly the gated development has only nine houses in total with a brilliant community feel and the kerb appeal as you pull up is genuinely lovely. The driveway and double garage add to that sense of space straight away.
Inside, the entrance hall is welcoming and the reception room on the left is versatile, currently used as a teenage TV room, but could easily be used a study too. There’s handy storage in the hallway to hide away coats and a downstairs WC.
The kitchen is one of my favourite parts of the house. It's a brilliant entertaining space, it’s been refitted, has built in appliances and the granite breakfast bar is a brilliant touch. Having the utility room tucked to the side is practical, and the way the kitchen opens into the dining area makes it a great place to spend time. The living room is a good size too.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are something I genuinely love about the house - four of them are really good sizes, plus there’s an additional single room currently used as an office. Two of the rooms have their own en-suites, and the master comes with a dressing room, which is great for extra storage and keeping things organised.
