We love the open plan kitchen-living room and the amount of natural light that comes in. The balcony is a good size and gives us a great view out over the green; with the added privacy of being on the end of the block and the balcony not connecting to any others. We've had some fantastic sunsets sitting out in the evenings. The flat offers plenty of storage with a full cupboard in the hallway, a built-in wardrobe in the main bedroom and plenty of space to add your own shelving and storage.
