The sellers view...
I moved to Lillibrooke Crescent in 2013, and what immediately drew me to this home was the generous open-plan feel downstairs, which really sets it apart from other properties in the area. The bedrooms are also impressively spacious, offering plenty of comfort and flexibility for family living.
Another key attraction for me was the excellent local school catchment—perfect for families with children. When we first moved in, my son was school age, and being in such a well-regarded area for education was a huge benefit.
One of the things I’ve always loved about this cul-de-sac is the community. The neighbours are incredibly friendly, supportive, and always willing to help, which creates a genuinely lovely atmosphere.
Over the years, I’ve carried out a number of improvements to the house. I completely renovated the garden, which is now a beautiful, relaxing space—especially during the summer. Inside, I’ve added a new front door, updated the fuse board, updated the integrated cooker and dishwasher, created a breakfast bar in the kitchen, replaced the fencing, recarpeted throughout, along with replacing the boiler.
This home has been very well cared for, and I’ve truly enjoyed living here.
