A beautifully presented three-bedroom, semi-detached family home, just over 10 years old, set in the semi-rural village of Vines Cross. The property has solar panels, a study, generous off-road parking, and a separate 'market garden' for additional outdoor space. The property is less than five minutes from Horam High Street and just over 15 minutes from mainline stations.
The spacious entrance hall provides access to the downstairs cloakroom with a wash basin & w.c. The lounge contains a mixture of oak joinery and glass, providing light to the hallway. The kitchen/diner is well-equipped and features a variety of wall- and floor-mounted storage units. There is an electric hob with an integrated oven, a ceramic wash basin, and space for a large fridge/freezer. Double doors open to the garden. Up the stairs to the first floor, where bedroom one overlooks the garden and is a large double with built-in wardrobe space. Bedroom two is another double and looks out to the front of the property. The family bathroom comprises a bath with a handheld shower attachment, a separate shower cubicle, a w.c., a wash basin set into a vanity unit, and a wall-hung mirror unit. A second turned staircase rises to the second floor, where the third bedroom and an additional shower room are located. Through the third bedroom is the study, which features built-in storage and a Velux window.
Outside: The garden is partially walled and mainly laid to lawn with a patio directly outside the house. A path leads down the left-hand side of the garden to a rear gate, and mature foliage lines the right-hand border. Through the rear gate is the property's parking area, which is shared with two other houses. There is an allocated parking space in addition to one of the three attached, wooden-framed carports with a catslide roof, with additional visitor parking also available. The property also has a separate 'market garden'/orchard at the bottom of the parking area, marked by post-and-rail fencing. The market garden is laid to lawn with a large storage shed and raised sleeper beds in the first section. A row of laurel bushes divides the land into two, with apple trees and a further area of lawn behind.
