Peacock Farm is situated just outside of the village of Mill Meece which is approximately 11 miles from Stafford, 8 miles from Newcastle and 3 miles from Eccleshall. Junction 14 of the M6 is about 9 miles away, which puts Manor House Farm in a great location not only for the lifestyle, but also for commuting.

Mill Meece is a small village with a strong sense of community. Nearby the village there is a primary school, a church and a village hall which hosts a number of events throughout the year. The Fitzherbert Arms voted best pub in Staffordshire is within walking distance, a popular spot for locals and visitors. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside offering several walking and cycling routes within the area.
