"Our home has been part of so many happy memories for us. It started with just the two of us. Then two cats (Albert and Betsy). Then two wonderful little girls. It’s a very special place - we’ll miss the white blossom on the tree, the beautiful light that fills the kitchen and cosy nights by the fireplace. But we’re excited for whoever gets to call it home next."
This home
This beautifully presented two-bedroom home combines character and contemporary style throughout. Soft blush tones and natural wood flooring create a warm, cohesive feel, while the inviting living room features a woodburner and a bay window for a cosy yet airy feel. The spacious kitchen and dining area offers navy bespoke cabinetry, concrete worktops and open shelving with plenty of room for a large dining table. There are two large windows and double glass aluminium doors filling the space with natural light from the south westerly sunshine. The first floors accommodates a master bedroom sitting at the front of the home with exposed floorboards and a built-in wardrobe and a second double bedroom overlooking the garden. Continuing to the back of the home is a tasteful four piece suite, ideal for young families.
Outside
The garden is a charming and private outdoor space, thoughtfully arranged with patio seating areas and raised planting beds. Enclosed by fencing for added privacy and a plum tree that blossoms in spring it offers a lovely mix of paved terrace and greenery. From the garden you can find the utility room with space for white goods and additional storage.
