The Offer
An incentive of a £2,000 John Lewis & Partners gift voucher (“the Incentive”) is available to the successful purchaser of the property, subject to the terms set out below.
Eligibility
The Incentive is available only to the purchaser whose offer is accepted and who proceeds to legal completion of the purchase through HOME – Property Specialist as the appointed selling agent.
Completion Requirement
The Incentive will be issued only upon successful legal completion of the purchase. No incentive will be payable if the transaction does not complete for any reason.
Non-Transferable
The Incentive is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and may not be exchanged or substituted for any other benefit.
One Incentive per Transaction
