The master bedroom, with its generous storage and immaculate en-suite shower room, is also a good size. “This is the largest bedroom and always worked very well for my parents,” she says. Although the house has been perfect as it is, new owners could consider adding an orangery or conservatory, perhaps. “This would still leave plenty of garden space,” she observes. Subject to the relevant planning permissions, the brick-built garage, which can now be accessed via a step and door from the garden, could also possibly have alternative uses. The property is set within a friendly community where the landscaping is well maintained and homeowners enjoy privacy while also knowing neighbours are close by if needed. “This house and the area it is in really do have everything you could possibly want from a home,” she agrees. “It will be a lovely place for new owners to move into, especially with the changes my parents made.
