Having suffered life changing health, I needed to downsize from my previous house to a flat that was large, centrally located with an elevator. I did not want to live within a huge building and eventually found Centurion Court in which I later acquired the freehold of the building.
Centurion Court accommodates seven flats in which I consider is one of the best managed buildings in Bedford. As a hands on freeholder living within a small community we are able to keep the service charges very reasonable whilst maintaining good standards.

I am in the opinion that due to the management & community within the building, the flat being spacious and location, that this flat will become a great choice for capital appreciation when the train station and Universal Studios are developed.
