These checks cost £50 including VAT, for the transaction, not per person. This covers the cost of obtaining relevant data and any manual checks and monitoring which might be required. This is payable by you directly to Lifetime Legal and is non-refundable. Please note, we are unable to issue a sales memo to the solicitors/conveyancers until these checks are complete.
