Like this property? Maybe you'll like these ones close by too.
The house is in an ideal part of the development. It is located on the edge with no properties directly overlooking us. There’s very little traffic, so it’s quiet and safe. The running costs are low and we like how spacious it feels both inside and out. Marden is an easy commute to London, and equal ease going down to the coast.
We have also enjoyed extremely low running costs on the property having never paid more than £100.00 per month for our electricity and the account has always shown credit.
