We’ve absolutely loved living here for the past four years! This house isn’t just a home, it’s part of a wonderful community. The neighbours truly make the street, with everyone looking out for each other and all the children getting together to play outside in the summer. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with great schools and shops just a short walk away. It’s been the perfect place for us and we’re sure whoever buys the property will love it just as much as we have!

If you are looking for a well proportioned and located, three bedroom home, then look no further.
At the front of this home you have a bright and airy entrance hall with a new front door which leads around to the right into a lovely lounge and dining space. What we love about this room is how light it is with the huge window, internal glass panels and double doors onto the garden. All of the ceilings have been reskimmed and had new down lights fitted.
To the back, you will find the kitchen which creates an ideal opportunity to knock through to the dining room or extend the back of the house to create an open plan kitchen diner. You've also got access here onto a covered area in the garden and access into garage which has power and is a great size. It's worth noting that both the boiler and fuse board have both been recently replaced.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with two of them being good size doubles. The master bedroom is at the front and is one of our personal favourite rooms in this house, not only is it a fantastic size but it also has a huge window letting in plenty of natural light. The third bedroom is a good size single with the bathroom just across the landing. As you can see the toilet is separate but could easily be knocked through to create a larger bathroom.
The rear garden is a great size, whilst to the front you have ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles and the garage as we've mentioned.
