This coach house has provided the perfect balance of comfort and space, during the time I have lived here. The generous open kitchen and living room have been the heart of the home and have been perfect, whether I'm cooking, relaxing or hosting. Having two bedrooms has been very useful, and I have used the second bedroom as an office for working from home with a sofa bed for guests to stay in, making it a versatile space. Over the time I have been here, the property being detached with its own front door has made it feel very private, and it has been a quiet and calm place to live.
I drive an electric car, and having my own carport with a car charger is invaluable (avoiding the need to dash for a last minute charge at a garage before a long journey!) and having an extra designated parking space is a bit of a luxury on the estate.
Beyond the coach house itself, the local area has been fantastic. The access to Buckler's Forest just at the end of the road is perfect for walking or running when in need of some fresh air, and the new coffee shops and pub within walking distance are perfect for meeting up with friends and giving the estate much more of that village feel.
