Courtlyn was built in 1938 by Norman Timmis of brick under a tiled roof and is approached over a wide tarmacadam drive. It was expertly enlarged and modernised by Miles Williams in 1986 and extends to about 1,950 square feet including the conservatory. The house offers tremendous scope to be further enhanced and subject to planning, extended. None of this precludes moving into the house exactly as it is and enjoying its many attributes. Externally there are two paddocks of pasture extending to the North and East. The land is suitable for grazing a horse or livestock. There is a timber range comprising two loose boxes which are in need of some repair.
