The Property - Local boy, Hitchin born Thomas Geoffry Lucas, was an architect prominent in the Garden City movement. More noted for his work in Hampstead Garden Suburb, he was responsible for some fine properties in Letchworth, one of which was the Pink House designed in 1908.
