From the Client’s/Vendor’s Perspective We’ve loved living here and have put a lot of thought into making this house a comfortable and practical family home. The layout has worked perfectly for us, with plenty of space for everyone to have their own area while still being able to come together as a family. The GARDEN ROOM has been a particular favourite, offering a lovely view of the garden and a great spot to relax.
The location has been ideal, with everything we need close by. The road links are excellent, making it easy to get in and out of Beverley, and the schools in the area have been fantastic for our children.
We’ve also appreciated the low-maintenance garden, which has allowed us to enjoy the outdoor space without spending all our time on upkeep. Additionally, the garage has provided useful storage space.
We’re only moving because of a change in circumstances, and we hope the next owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
