Headline VICTORIAN MID-TERRACED HOME IN THE HEART OF COTTINGHAM
Summary This WELL-PRESENTED VICTORIAN TOWNHOUSE offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the convenience of central Cottingham living. With TWO BEDROOMS, a USEABLE ATTIC AREA, and a BEAUTIFULLY MAINTAINED REAR GARDEN, this property is perfect for FIRST-TIME BUYERS or those looking to downsize. Located on Northgate, it’s just a short stroll to the VILLAGE CENTRE and its wide range of AMENITIES.
Our Thoughts This property is a real gem for anyone looking to move into Cottingham. The location is a huge plus – being so close to the village centre means everything you need is practically on your doorstep. The house itself has been well cared for and is ready to move into. The open-plan reception space is a real highlight, with its lovely fireplaces and built-in cabinetry adding character and warmth. The kitchen is fitted with bespoke units, which give it a unique touch, and the ground floor bathroom is a practical addition. Upstairs, the two bedrooms are a good size, and the attic area is a great bonus – it’s versatile and could be used as a home office, hobby room, or extra storage. The rear garden is a lovely space, with established plants and a handy storage shed. On-street parking is available, which is always a plus in this area.
Owner's Thoughts We’ve really enjoyed living here. The location has been fantastic – being so close to the village centre has made life so easy, whether it’s popping out for a coffee, doing the weekly shop, or catching the train. The house itself has been a joy to live in. The open-plan living and dining area is where we’ve spent most of our time – it’s a great space for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen has been designed to make the most of the space, and we’ve found it really practical. The attic area has been a real bonus for us – we’ve used it as a home office, but it could be used for so many things. The garden has been a lovely retreat, and we’ve enjoyed spending time out there. We’re sure the next owners will love it as much as we have.
