Designed to make the most of its coastal setting, the apartment provides bright and spacious living accommodation, with the main living and dining area opening directly onto a balcony—perfect for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or simply enjoying the ever-changing sea views. The second balcony, accessed from the principal bedroom, offers a peaceful private retreat with fresh sea air and coastal outlooks.
The apartment features three well-proportioned bedrooms, ideal for family living, hosting guests, or creating a home office, alongside a well-appointed kitchen and modern bathroom (with additional en-suite or WC if applicable). Large windows and balcony access ensure the property is filled with natural light throughout the day.
Worthy of particular mention is the option to rent a gated parking space behind the building for £105 a month. Please ask the agent for more details. There is also a new boiler with a smart heating Hive controller with 9 years warranty and under floor heating in the bathroom.
Set moments from the seafront, Embassy Court offers a lifestyle defined by coastal walks, beachside cafés, and easy access to local amenities and transport links. This is an ideal home for those seeking a relaxed seaside lifestyle without compromising on convenience, and a rare opportunity to secure a property of this quality and location.
Brighton is known for its vibrant culture and seaside charm. Kings Road offers convenient access to local shops, schools, and public transport, making it a practical location for families. Nearby, you'll find several parks and recreational areas that are perfect for weekend outings.
For those with children, the area is served by reputable schools such as Brighton College and St Luke's Primary School. The lively city centre is just a short distance away, offering a range of dining and entertainment options.
What the owner says...
We fell in love with Embassy Court even before we moved in.
On our walks we were always taken by the design of the building and of course the very interesting history behind the blue plaque commemorating the life of Edward Zeff, the Special Operations Executive agent who lived in the block after the war.
When a flat came up for sale, we were very excited and made an offer after just one viewing. The view of the sea and watching the seasons change from every window has been magical.
The residents of the building are also very active with many social clubs to attend including art and reading groups.
The distance to the beach and to local restaurants and shops is very handy as well as being close to public transport, is particularly useful having two teenagers.
It’s a great place to live and the flexibility of the flat is great for families and professionals alike.
