From our office on Ilfracombe High Street (A361)proceed westerly towards Church Street. You will reach a mini roundabout by the memorial gardens. There you should turn left followed by an immediate right into Church Hill. Then take the second turning on your left into Westbourne Grove and 13 is the second house on your right-hand side.
