Option A - Online Unconditional Auction:

The above property is offered for sale by Online Unconditional Auction (Traditional auction). With this method of sale, both seller and buyer are required to complete the transaction, within the timeframe stated in the General Conditions and Special Conditions of Sale. It is Moovd’s policy that all buyers are without fail AML checked at point of Registration. The buyer is then required to make a NON- REFUNDABLE Administration Fee payment amounting to £3,000.00 Inc VAT (£2,500 + VAT) (This fee IS PAID in addition to the purchase price and will be chargeable and calculated towards stamp duty). A deposit payment amounting to 10% of the purchase price (or a minimum of £5,000) is also required from the successful buyer. The seller may charge additional fees payable upon completion. If applicable, such fees are detailed within the Special Conditions of Sale. Buyers are deemed to bid in full knowledge of this.

Guide Price:

Guides are provided as an indication of each seller's minimum expectation. They are not necessarily figures which a property will sell for and may change at any time during the timed Auction.

Prospective purchasers should also be aware that the eventual Sale Price may be above or below the Guide Price and should therefore not presume the Guide to be indicative of the final expected Sale Price or the price the property is available at.

Reserve Price:

The property is offered subject to a Reserve Price (a figure below which we Moovd the Auctioneer cannot sell the property during the timed Online Auction). The Reserve Price will be set somewhere within the Guide Range or no more than 10% above a single figure Guide Price.

Anti Money Laundering Regulations

It is Moovd’s policy that ALL BUYERS ARE WITHOUT FAIL AML CHECKED at point of offer via signing our Bidder Registration Form.

All buyers will be asked to produce two forms of identification documentation, either as part of the Bidder Registration process or if they make an acceptable Pre-Auction offer, we would ask for your assistance in order for there to be no delay in agreeing the sale. In addition, we may also ask for proof of funding, where required.

Legal Pack:

Each property has a valid Legal Pack, which is a set of documentation prepared by the seller's solicitor relating to the property being offered for sale. The legal documentation enables all interested parties to make an informed decision prior to bidding. The Legal Pack will also outline the buyers' obligations and sellers' commitments.
