"This house has been our perfect first home. After renting a flat, it was a treat to have a garden on sunny days, and have the freedom to adopt our cats. Our parking spot has been a lifesaver, too! We are frequently found in Zara's or Parsons on North Street, it’s a brilliant spot to have so close. We will certainly miss Bedminster when we move."

The house lies close to North Street, a hub for local independents, restaurants, and shops, including Michelin recommended COR and OTHER, coffee shops Sweven and Burra, and The Tobacco Factory - a café, bar, and theatre that hosts a bustling Sunday market.

Several parks surround Ashgrove Road, with South Street Park just around the corner and the larger Greville Smyth Park a 15 minute walk away. Just beyond Greville Smyth (a further 20 minutes) is the sprawling Ashton Court Estate - home to the annual Bristol Balloon Fiesta and 850 acres of wood and grassland.
