Upon entering the village of Shipdham from the Dereham direction, proceed towards the village centre, taking the third right hand turn into Pound Green Lane. Continue along and at the t-junction, proceed straight over into Fen Folgate. The property can be found on the left hand side, identified by our William H Brown "For Sale" board.
