We’ve loved growing vegetables, adding some life to the garden, and playing with the dog on the lawn. Not to mention seeing dozens of balloons flying over on those perfect summer days. The garden has been a space we have really treasured. New Year is always cool!"
The home
A three-bedroom home on Novers Park Drive with a driveaway, garage and stunning views across Bristol. The living space has a great flow to it and a nice social space has been created by the open plan lay out. At the front you have your lounge area, followed by the dining table which then carries on through to the kitchen. This layout means light travels through the entirety of the downstairs making it a naturally bright area, out the kitchen you can see the amazing views across Bristol which this home has to offer being so uniquely positioned on the top of Novers Hill. You can also access the garage through the living room. Upstairs we have three bedrooms which all fit a double bed in, the principal suite is at the front of the house and the three piece bathroom at the rear.
Outside Space
The first thing you will immediately be drawn to when stepping outside is the sweeping views across Bristol. Only a couple of houses on the road have this view and is the perfect spot to watch the sunset, the balloon fiesta or fireworks night! The garden itself is a great size and the current owners have added a lovely raised deck area to create a social space to relax with loved ones in the warmer months
Living in Novers Park
The property sits close to several large green areas such as Novers Park, The Northern Slopes and Victoria Park, as well as those on the edge of the city to the south, meaning there are plenty of areas to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. From here, you are very well connected to the city. Bristol City Centre is around a forty minute walk or fifteen minute drive to the north and buses are regular. Closer still is Bristol Temple Meads and the industry of Temple Quay, which will be convenient to many. Both Bedminster, Imperial Park and Knowle also provide a good selection of shops and amenities if you didn’t want to travel into the city centre. There are plenty of pubs and cafes to choose from nearby such as The Victoria Park, The Knowle and Bank.
