The sellers view... We moved into home at Waterside Court in 2023, being the very first owners. Everything was brand new — fresh, modern, and just worked perfectly. One of the things we’ve loved most is how easy and comfortable life here is.

The neighbours are incredibly friendly and welcoming; there’s a real sense of community that makes it feel like home. From our balcony, we enjoy a lovely view across the town — it’s especially beautiful at sunset.

Being right in the heart of Maidenhead, we’ve loved having so many great cafés and restaurants just moments away. The train station is only a 5–10 minute walk, and being able to get into London in just half an hour has been a huge bonus for work and weekends alike.

The property comes with its own parking space, which has made things so convenient. The communal heating system has also been a great benefit — it’s efficient, very cost-effective, and keeps the whole place wonderfully warm in winter.

We’re only moving because we’re now ready to take the next step and upsize, but we’ll truly miss this home, the view, and the vibrant town life right on our doorstep. It’s been the perfect first home, and we’re sure the next owners will love it just as much as we have.
