The house was designed as a four bedroom property, two with their own en suite bathrooms. A portion of the enormous drawing room was to be the fourth bedroom and could easily be converted if required, without damaging the design and 'wow' factor of the room. Architecturally sympathetic with the rural surroundings and intelligently, eco-friendly, designed with the living accommodation separate from the bedrooms (see service notes for details).
On entering the property, it is immediately obvious that the whole house has a light and spacious feeling with vaulted ceilings. Exposed Oak beams are throughout, alongside oak doors, resin coated flooring and German Aluminium doors and windows. The Drawing Room has bi-fold doors on two sides of the room enjoying the views. The beam structure is part of the design where (should you wish) a fourth bedroom could be incorporated. At the opposite end of the room is a Hase designer wood burner.

The Kitchen and Dining Room also benefit from the panoramic views afforded to the property through sliding doors and a large picture window. A bespoke individual kitchen by Thomas Hinton boasts extensive storage, a large island and breakfast bar with Corian work surfaces and a bevelled finish. Integral appliances include two dishwashers, full height fridge, larder cupboard and sink with Quettle boiling tap. Everhot 150i Range cooker with 3 electric ovens, warming oven, induction hob and solid hob, each can be set to individual temperatures. In the dining section of the room is a wood burning stove. From the kitchen is a lobby area with boot and coat room and a utility room.
