Owners Comments... We've loved this spacious family home, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in a really friendly neighbourhood. It’s been a wonderful place to raise a family, with plenty of space inside and out, and the neighborhood has a great sense of community. The location has been ideal—close to good schools, local shops, and just a short drive to nearby towns. It’s been a warm and happy home for us, and I know it will be for the next family too.

Area Comments... Crutchley Wood is tucked away in the popular Jennett’s Park development, which has become one of Bracknell’s most sought-after areas for families. Everything you need is close by — the local Co-op, café, and primary school are all within walking distance, and Peacock Meadow provides lovely open green space and woodland walks right on your doorstep. The Peacock Farm pub is a great local favourite, and there’s easy access to Bracknell town centre, the M4, and nearby Wokingham for shops and restaurants.

Ryan & Sanjay Comments... We really love how much living space this home offers, especially across the back where the kitchen, dining, and family areas flow together beautifully. The south facing aspect floods the whole space with natural light, making it feel bright and welcoming all day long. The converted garage is a great bonus too — ideal as a home office or playroom. Overall, it’s one of those homes that really works for family life, with plenty of room to grow and enjoy both inside and out.
