You've got fantastic schools nearby — Woodford Primary and Heles, both rated outstanding. My own children have been to a few schools, and Woodford has definitely been the best for them — they’ve really thrived there. It’s also just a great location overall. We’ve got a really handy bus route just down the road at Larkham Lane, which makes it easy to get into town, especially on busy days like Armed Forces Day when you don’t want to drive. Transport links are brilliant — you can be on the A38 in no time, or down to South Brent in under 10 minutes, which is great for us as my parents live there. The house itself has had a lot of work done — new kitchen, new bathroom, carpets upstairs, all the ceilings replastered, doors replaced — basically fully renovated. It’s got a lovely big garden, which the kids adore. They’re always out there playing on the trampoline or with their games.
