"Cheswick village has been a great place to live over the past few years. We have felt welcomed into the local community, and found ourselves frequently enjoying the options for food and drink around the square, particularly Boston Tea Party and Pepe Nero. We’ve also found the buses from the square convenient for visits to Gloucester Rd (with lots of independent shops), or to central Bristol. Five minutes from the house you can also enjoy a walk in Stoke Park, which gives you some beautiful views"

The House
You enter the home into a spacious hallway, with a convenient W/C immediately to the right. To the left is a well-proportioned living room. At the rear of the property, you'll find a bright and well-maintained kitchen-diner, complete with ample storage and double doors that open out onto the garden.

Back in the hallway, stairs lead up to four bedrooms and a modern family bathroom. All rooms have been maintained to a high standard, with the master bedroom benefiting from its own en-suite for added comfort and privacy.

The area is popular with families, thanks in part to the nearby Wallscourt Farm Academy, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, and the abundance of green space nearby. Excellent transport links, including nearby train stations, (Bristol Parkway is a 7 minute drive and Filton Abbey Wood is a 20-minute talk from the house) frequent bus routes, and easy access to the M32, make Cheswick Village a well-connected and appealing place to call home.
