Seller's Comment: We needed to down size because of our age, my husband grew up here, it is in such a nice part of Farnborough, and we have nice neighbours both sides of the road always willing to help. Lovely pubs who do good food, we are lucky to have a petrol station and a Morrisons supermarket 5 minutes away a Chinese as well as a Tesco Express nearby on Ancells Farm, not to mention the road opposite has a post office convenience store and more takeaways next to it and other shops too. We are close to Fleet shopping centre from the left of our road and to the right we have Farnborough town and Asda and Sainsbury's they're just 10 minutes away. The M3 motorway and Farnborough main line train station are also a few minutes away.

Chris's Comment: These are great bungalows! In a popular and convenient spot close by to shops and brilliant green space.

Area Comment: Farnborough is a popular and busy town that is very well served for commuting with nearby access to junctions 4 & 4A of the M3, as well as having Farnborough Main train station with direct trains to London, and also Farnborough North station. The town centre is very well equipped with various shops, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as many other local amenities. There is a great selection of local schools and colleges including Farnborough Sixth Form and Farnborough College of Technology nearby.
