We think the location of our house is fantastic, it is so easy to get into Chester and Upton has great amenities such as the lovely little library and great schools. We can access the countess country park directly from Upton Dene which is great for family/ dog walks and there are two play parks which our kids love. In addition, We have a really strong neighbourhood community in Upton Dene which is fantastic! Our favourite parts of the house are the garden and open plan kitchen. Our garden gets the sun all day and is a great space for entertaining. The kitchen has the same aspect so is alway light and warm as well as being spacious.
