The cottage is conveniently situated close to the town centre with all amenities close at hand. A part-glazed door opens into a tiled hallway (for which next door has right of access). There is a cooker point with a filter hood above, the gas central heating boiler, a radiator, tiled flooring, and a door to the garden where there is a south-facing patio garden. 
On the half-landing there is a light and bright bedroom with a south-facing window, radiator and a Velux skylight window.
A further staircase leads to the main bedroom, which has stripped floorboards, radiator, and twin built-in wardrobes. There is also a well-appointed bathroom with a shower over the bath and a shower screen, a large built-in cupboard with shelving, a radiator, and a double-glazed window.
 
It should be noted that there is an adjacent area of garden which is owned by the adjoining house.

From our office walk up Silver Street and turn right onto Sandhill Street. The house is immediately on the right next door to The King's Arms.

Location
Ottery St Mary, home of the world-famous 'Tar Barrels', is one of the oldest and most historic towns in Devon and boasts an array of amenities including a range of independent shops - butcher, coffee shops, chemist, florist etc. There is an excellent range of schools, including The Kings School. There is also a supermarket, dentist and a medical centre.
The town also has excellent road and rail links with access to the A30, M5 and London 'Waterloo' line only a short drive away. The City of Exeter and its International Airport are also close by.
