We’ve absolutely loved our 5 years in Shinfield Meadows. We are so lucky to be such a short walk from beautiful countrysides, whilst also being so close to towns such as Reading and Wokingham. Something we’ve been so thankful for, especially when raising 3 young children, is the two primary schools within walking distance of our front door. Both growing up within the area, Shinfield Meadows offers a community feel neither of us have ever experienced before and something we will miss.

Don’t let the exterior fool you as this townhouse is spacious. There is a decent amount of storage space for a newer build home and the bedroom floor space is generous. The larger rooms have given the perfect space for the kids to play while giving us ample space for a peaceful tranquility away from the children. Our top floor has been the perfect escapism with our bedroom to the rear and a gym at the front, with a large en suite. Having this space has been invaluable during early parenthood. For us though our living room is the highlight of this home. The sun rises through french doors every morning giving you the perfect spot to soak in the sunshine with a cup of tea to start your day!

It’s time for us to embark on a new journey as a family, but we are so thankful this home has allowed us the space to raise our children while making so many happy memories together.

Growing families listen up! This Linden Homes townhouse was built only 5 years ago and is gorgeous with a huge amount of accommodation spread over the three floors that you can use exactly as you wish. On the ground floor you'll be welcomed into a spacious entrance hall, the kitchen/diner on the right with plenty of space for a nice big table as the current owners have. Then the living room spans the width of the house at the back with a beautiful bay window and patio doors leading out into the garden. There's also a few storage cupboards & a downstairs loo. Up to the first floor where bedroom 2 spans the width of the house at the back with two windows while bedroom 3, also a double, is at the front of the house and there's a nice family bathroom in the middle, as well as a few more storage cupboards! You'll head through the "book nook" lobby area in order to head up to the second floor, and it's a great little space to fashion into whatever you like... The top floor is host to the main bedroom suite with wardrobes, a big ensuite & skylights as well as bedroom 4, also comfortably a double bedroom, with even more cupboard space here & on the landing.

To round it all off the garden is lovely and private and your two allocated parking spaces are safely tucked away at the back of it.

We love this as a location and know this one will be popular... as have been the many others we've sold down Bolton Drive recently.!

Shinfield Meadows is right in the heart of Shinfield - you've got everything you need right on your doorstep, Lidl, a handy Co-Op, a few well-loved pubs, a post office, and the ever popular Crumbs Café. Just a short stroll away is Langley Mead nature reserve, perfect for walks, and there are several nearby play parks for the kids too. You’re well connected here, with main bus routes into both Reading and Wokingham, plus you're only a few minutes from Mereoak Park and Ride and Junction 11 of the M4 so absolutely ideal for commuters.
