"We bought this house 32 years ago, with a young family, who have now flown the nest. We have enhanced it over the years- remodeling the kitchen, adding a conservatory which created a lovely dining space, and converting the garage to provide a downstairs wet room and additional flexible reception room. Having 2 bathrooms with teenagers in the house was a big asset!

We have found Winnersh a lovely, family friendly place to live. It is really convenient for commuting, by train, bus or car. Our children also loved the proximity to the train station as they grew older, and appreciated growing up in Winnersh rather than other surrounding areas. Harefield Close itself is a great Cul-de Sac, so no through traffic, great for children. It is very friendly and welcoming- a lovely mix of people. It also has lots of additional parking spaces, which is a real bonus. Local postoffice, newsagents and hairdressers all in short walking distance.

We love the mature secluded garden with mature trees, hedges and wildlife- you don’t feel like you are on an estate."
