This is a really interesting instruction for me, as I sold this land with planning permission for three houses back in 2017. Accordingly, it is a joy to see the houses built, enhanced and providing such excellent homes for families at different stages in life.

The village of Alpraham lies within 3 miles of the beautiful village of Tarporley, 14 miles from the historic City Centre of Chester and just 7 miles from the market town of Nantwich. Directions
