The second and third bedrooms have an unusual layout (see the floorplan), but the arrangement has worked well for the current owner and could be easily changed for alternative uses. The second double bedroom looks out to the rear garden, and has the benefit of an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is smaller, but would still easily accommodate a double bed and furniture. This room is currently used as a dining room, but would also make a very good home office, lounge area for the second bedroom, or study.
Outside, and at the rear of the building is a single garage (permit parking is also available for residents and guests), and the gate to the garden area. The garden and patios are shared by No. 5 and No. 6, opening up a sizeable enclosed area across the full width of both properties. There's a well-kept lawn bordered by colourful beds, and several patio seating areas to allow you follow the sun through the day. Steps lead down to a shared cellar, with lots of room for storing bikes, sports gear and occasional furniture etc.
Flat 2 is a really welcoming and comfortable home in a fantastic position for enjoying the Harrogate lifestyle. It's been a family home for some years, but would make an excellent second home base in the town, and the great room sizes would suit a couple downsizing from a larger home. We'd love to show you more, and answer any questions you may have. Please get in touch today with our Harrogate team using the contact form or call button on this page.
