We asked the owners about their tenure at the flat.
What attracted you to it ?
It had two decent sized bedrooms and two bathrooms (as I was sharing with a friend).
Really bright and airy with large windows on front, back and side.
What improvements haver you made while you were there ?
We have replaced the boiler, added a new oven and blinds in the bedrooms.
What have you enjoyed about living there ?
The location is great being next to a lovely park and close to town plus being equidistant from both Tunbridge Wells and High Brooms stations.
The private communal area at the rear of the block.
Surprisingly spacious for a flat which is why we have stayed for 8 years.
Location
Perfect for commuters, with Tunbridge Wells and High Brooms stations both just a short distance away and links to London in under an hour. Tunbridge Wells town centre with its range of shopping and recreational facilities is a moments? walk and the High Street and Famous Pantiles again are not far away. The property has a choice of parks, offering outside space just moments away, Hilbert and Grosvenor to name just one.
