I helped the current owner buy this property 8 years ago when it was a much smaller home and in need of some serious love - I remember showing them round and they could instantly see the potential. Fast forward to today and wow - the transformation is incredible. Everything has been well thought out for family life and the layout is intentionally versatile. You enter the property into an entrance hall, with two rooms to the front - it's hard to imagine that once upon a time they were the only two bedrooms for the property. They are currently used as a spare bedroom and an office. The living room is a lovely size, with French doors onto the decked area and access to the kitchen dining room. The kitchen dining room is the hub of the home, an entertainers dream with an island, built in appliances and room for a large table. In the summer the bi-folding doors can be opened to extend the entertainment into the garden. The downstairs bathroom is off the hallway and also has a utility cupboard to hide away the noisier appliances. Heading on upstairs, there are three good sized bedrooms with the master bedroom benefitted from wardrobes, an ensuite shower room and most importantly the most beautiful views. There is also a four piece family bathroom on this floor, also it's worth mentioning that subject to planning permission there could be an option to create a fourth bedroom by creating a dormer window off the landing.
