What our vendors say. The location, so close to the Chiltern Hills, is fantastic for walking, cycling and all sorts of outdoor recreation. The village has a fantastic community with lots of activities for all ages including two great pubs, a village shop and a great school as well as a vibrant sports and social club. The house itself has been well kept over the years I have had it and whilst I have not had an extension built, both neighbouring houses have, and there is a good precedent for permission to be granted should that be sought.
