Passive principles at its core Much more than astriking silhouette in the landscape, Eddisley is a feat of engineering, built to exacting standards that surpass even the most rigorous building regulations. Completed in 2017, Eddisley, designed by award-winning architect Tony Holt, was created to Passive House principles.
