From Corum's office on Hyndland Road, head north and straight through the traffic lights at Great Western Road onto Cleveden Road. Turn first right onto Lancaster Crescent Lane, right onto Julian Avenue, and right again onto Lancaster Crescent, where number 1 will be found on the right hand side at the end.
