DIRECTIONS
From Bury St Edmunds head northeast along the A143 to the village of Ixworth. Proceed straight over the first roundabout and at the second roundabout take the third exit signposted Walsham le Willows. Proceed into the village, past the church on the right and in the centre of the village. Very shortly after the village shop take the right turn into a small access road and 1 Avenue Cottage will be found after a short distance on the left.
