It’s been great to live in this flat - it is comfortable, practical and cosy. I’ve lived here alone, with my partner and with a new baby, and the flat has adapted well to our changing situation. The added benefit of the garage has helped with storage issues and for us was a real lifesaver. It’s a brilliant location between Forest Hill and Catford, with great transport links, and even a great garden to have summer barbecues. I’m sure it will be a great home for the next owners.
