Owner selling directly—After 13 years, the lovely tenant has given notice, and so I am after a fairly quick sale. Please only enquire if you are either chain-free or your chain is complete. The tenant is moving into another property at the end of March, so a completion date as close to this as possible is required.
Apart from a new combi boiler fitted in 2023, which came with a 5-year warranty, the house has not had much work done inside since it was let.
