The Sellers View... We moved to Lambourne Drive in the summer just over 6 years ago so the children could attend schools in the local area, it was just in time for our eldest to start secondary school and the youngest at the local primary school.

We've loved being part of the local community. The neighbours are amazing. We've made lifelong friends and there's even a Facebook group chat. The house had everything we needed from three double bedrooms. Two being equal size for the children. Meaning no squabbles over which room they had, to the spare spaces to work or watch sports and have guests to stay. We also enjoy the kitchen space with island which is the hub of the home. The driveway has space to park 4 or sometimes 5 cars which is amazing with us being a sociable family.

The location is great, close to the local shops, the M4, Elizabeth train line and even walks for the dogs are perfect. We regularly pop over to Treesmill Green to let them have a run around or Ockwells park where we can enjoy a hot drink in the cafe. We will always visit in the spring to see the beautiful Bluebells in the Thrift Wood which is just a short walk across the road from the house.

It's time to move on now our family circumstances have changed and we require a new property for our next chapter. We look forward to passing our much-loved home on to the next family to enjoy.
