We bought our first home on Dahlia Close off plan as we had heard Berkeley Homes finishing touches were second to none and when it was completed we weren’t disappointed. We’ve had no issues and it has been the perfect starter home for us, but now with our family growing it is sadly time to move on to something bigger.
We have many fond memories of friends and family coming over for dinners and enjoying the afternoon sun in the garden for BBQs.
Woodhurst Park has an amazing community with many events all throughout the year and the area is brilliant for walking our dog Frankie and visiting all the local pubs too!
We’ll be gutted to move but I’m sure whoever buys it will be very happy!

Woodhurst Park is one of the newest developments in Warfield, something of a suburb in it's own right the area is developing a real community based around the new Primary School and Cabbage Hill which is a beautiful green space that is open 365 days a year to enjoy the fields, paths, bluebell woods, the stream which dissects the area, and the splash, a historical ford. The country park stretches from the boarder of Binfield, through the development to 'The Legged Cross' at one corner and Larks Hill green space at the other. Warfield provides great access into Bracknell town, but also a swift exit in the other direct toward Maidenhead and Windsor.

This house is quite possibly one of the best two bedroom homes we've seen in a long time, it ticks so many of the boxes that people say they'd like. Firstly, carport plus allocated parking is ideal for those needing parking for more than one car. Internally, you have a hallway with storage space for shoes and coats. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the built in appliances you could need. Downstairs having underfloor heating throughout makes it so easy to organise the room exactly how you want it. The garden is nice and private and benefits from side access which when you live this close to Cabbage Hill makes it ideal after muddy dog walks.
Upstairs both bedrooms are doubles, both have built in wardrobes and both have ensuites. We cannot wait to show people this beautiful home.
