A WORD FROM THE OWNER...
"We have greatly enjoyed our five years at Brook Court, with the myriad of nearby cafes (such as Back to Ours), pubs (such as the Leytonstone Tavern), shops (such as the 24-hour Express Food Centre) and the nature-filled walks of Wanstead Flats and Epping Forest.
The building is a friendly one and with so many transport links nearby it's easy to get all over London. Plus, being only two minutes from the bus stop means we've always felt safe arriving home at night. The main perks of the flat are the spacious living room and main bedroom, plus how much light comes in during the day. As you wash up you have a view of the trees, squirrels and birds, and out of the front windows there's lots of sky and no immediate residential buildings looking in.
We will miss this flat and the location and hope the next owner(s) will enjoy living here just as much as we have!"
