You are drawn into a 20ft triple aspect lounge with French doors to the pretty rear garden, there is a separate dining room, upgraded fitted kitchen/breakfast room with utility room adjacent, plus a cloakroom. The house enjoys double glazed windows and gas central heating.

Externally, the property has a lawned front garden afforded privacy by mature hedging inside low level wrought iron fencing and an off-road parking space. The rear garden is predominately laid to lawn with patio areas designed for alfresco dining and relaxation, plus a pedestrian door to the rear carport.

Petersfield is wholly within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and lies within South Downs National Park. Affording an abundance of footpaths, bridlepaths, and country lanes, ideal for walking, riding, and cycling on the doorstep. The town offers an excellent range of shops including the Rams Walk complex, Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, Marks & Spencer food hall and a twice weekly market held in The Square on Wednesday and Saturday. Petersfield also has a main line railway station providing a service from Portsmouth to London Waterloo and recreational facilities include The Heath, lake, 18-hole golf course, Taro Sports Centre and there are various clubs and societies. "What I love about my home and its location

One of the things I really enjoy about my home is the garden... whether you're a sun-seeker or prefer some shade, there's always the perfect spot. On a sunny morning, I love sitting out on the rear garden patio with a coffee, and in the evening, I just open the living room patio doors and unwind with a glass of something in the last of the day’s sunshine.

Privacy has always been important to me, and that’s something this home offers. The garden isn't overlooked for the most part, and the large hedge at the front gives a real sense of seclusion from passersby.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge in Petersfield, so having not just one but two parking spaces has been a real bonus. Plus, there are two visitor bays just across the way (shared between houses 2–12), which is really handy.

The house sits at the entrance to the development, which means it’s super convenient for getting onto the A3 quickly, and it's just a 15-minute walk into town. It’s also far enough from the railway line and Kingsfernsden Lane crossing that you don’t hear a thing, yet you’re still only 20 minutes on foot from Petersfield station for a direct train into London.

I’ve absolutely loved living here - it’s peaceful, practical, and perfectly placed. I’m sure the next owner will feel the same."
