For Sale By Online Auction Pre Auction Offers Considered Cash Buyers Only
Nestled in the heart of Hinckley, this prime development site on Regent Street presents an exceptional opportunity for investors and developers alike. Currently, the site comprises a terraced house, and what we believe to be a disused Victorian abattoir.
This opportunity comprises of a terraced property, which has been partly split in to two flats. We have been advised that these works have not been signed off by building control. However, this work could potentially be reversed quite easily.
The abattoir is in need of renovation, offering a blank canvas for creative minds to transform them it something truly remarkable. Whether you envision residential units, commercial spaces, or a mixed-use development, the potential here is vast.
In addition, there is a rear courtyard and outbuildings which we believe were formally a Victorian abattoir. The rear outbuildings are sizable, but in a state of disrepair and cannot be fully inspected. The property is 'sold as seen' and will not be cleared prior to completion.
Hinckley is a vibrant town with a rich history and a strong community spirit, making it an attractive place for future residents and businesses. The proximity to local amenities, transport links, and the bustling town centre enhances the appeal of this site, ensuring that any development will benefit from high footfall and interest.
